Laboratory Overview

The laboratory of the Sensor Division is located in the north of the 1st floor and the 4th floor -1 of Building 2, No. 95 Dicui Road, Binhu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. At present, there are 12 people, including 5 management personnel and 7 operators, covering an area of 420m2. Goal: To provide fast and professional support for the company's product development. Product Category: CPS Ceramic Pressure, MEMS Pressure, UQS Urea Quality, HTS Temperature, PTC Heater, Speed Sensor, Position Sensor, etc. Testing capabilities: product function/performance, climatic load, mechanical load, electrical load, EMC, etc.

On December 15, 2021, the laboratory officially started to operate the ISO 17025 (CNAS CL01) quality management system

Establish a quality manual and 32 program documents, including personnel management, equipment management, facility environment management, sample management, subcontracting management, testing method management, measurement traceability management, quality control, internal audit and management review.

On February 24, 2023, the laboratory obtained the CNAS accreditation certificate, and the recognized test items include constant temperature, temperature change, temperature and humidity cycle, salt spray, vibration, mechanical shock, temperature and humidity/vibration, etc.

The laboratory was relocated to a new site in May 2024 and renamed as: Huapei Digital Energy Sensor Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. Laboratory, and conducted a CNAS change on-site audit on November 9 and 10, 2024.
